- examination and decision making on application;
- assessment of production process/ assessment of storage (if provided by the certification scheme);
- verification of compliance with the requirements of the specification for wine-sector products with the PGI (if provided by the certification scheme) – as the case;
- product identification and sampling;
- product evaluation by testing;
- analysis of test reports;
- summative evaluation of assessment results and conclusion on certification;
- decision making on the issuance of Conformity Certificate or refusal;
- issuance of CC;
- supervision of products certification (if required by scheme).
